We ask that all museum guests follow the provincial COVID-19 health measures and wear a mask at all times and keep a 6-foot distance from all other guests. Further instructions and hand sanitizer will be provided near the entrance, thank you.
+ Do You Accept Credit/Debit?
Sorry, we do not accept major credit/debit cards at this time.
+ Washrooms?
Yes, there is one wheelchair accessible washroom located right before the main gallery. Please ask your tour guide or front desk if you seek to use our facilities.
+ How Long Do Tours Take?
The tours take between 15-30 minutes. If you choose to watch the documentary, the entire museum experience is roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes in total length.
+ Do Tours Go Underground?
No, not at our musuem.
+ How Long Is the Documentary Screening?
The screening of The Broken Ground documentary is 74 minutes in length, including credits. Showings are held weekdays at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. No need to book in advance.
+ Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. However, our upstairs section of the museum is not.
